Janet Jackson was seen outside the High Court in London as her divorce battle gets under way.

As they exited the court ,Wissam Al Manna looked sombre and was alone while Janet left the building in great spirits with an entourage that included her brother Randi, her assistant and her legal team.

The pop-star sister of the late Michael Jackson wed Qatari businessman Wissam Al Mana in 2012 and their son, Eissa, was born on January 3.

After Janet Jackson and Wissam Al Mana split, the Qatari businessman shared some kind words on his website about his ex, calling her “the most beautiful person in the world.”It turns out,he means every word.

 A Jackson family friend tells PEOPLE exclusively.

“Janet really trusts Wissam and he trusts her,”“She and Wissam are working together to co-parent. They have a strong friendship. There is no fighting between them.”

Jackson, 50, and Al Mana, 42, separated shortly after the singer gave birth.

The new parents have both been spotted out and about recently bonding separately with their 3-month-old son, Eissa.

“They are very disciplined and the baby is already on a strict schedule,” says the friend.

There’s also no bad blood when it comes to the rest of the Jackson clan. According to the friend, they all “like Wissam and see that he is a great father.”

For now, Jackson also plans to stay in London where the couple settled down over the last couple years.

“It seems like she will stay in London for now while the baby is so young, but I can see her eventually moving back to the States,” says the family friend. “Janet is doing really well. She is just so happy to have her baby.”

Janet Jackson will not accept a payout from her estranged husband

Following the announcement of Janet Jackson's split from her husband, Wissam Al Mana, just weeks after welcoming their first child together, it was claimed that in Janet and Wissam’s pre-nup, Janet was entitled to a huge fortune from Wissam if they stayed together for five years, with their split coming after around five years of marriage.

However,  her creative director and close friend, Gil Duldulao, has slammed speculation that the superstar was asking for a $500million payout from her estranged husband.

Posting on Instagram, he wrote:

 “I want to state what I have to say as a friend. Even if there was a possibility that my friend could make $500 mil off of having a child, it’s not in her character to want and/or accept 500 mil. It’s character people and she is not the one.

“She would never accept a payout or want a payout.

“That’s the human being I know. So you f***ers that state that – f**k you. That’s not my friend and will never be. Point blank period.

“AND if you checked your facts, she has been married for four years, not 5 and something months to claim she will get 500mil. So keep trying, you a**holes.”

The rant comes after Wissam took to his website over the weekend to gush about Janet, proving that things were still incredibly amicable between the two, Wissam wrote:

“To the most beautiful person in the world, thank you for your divine love, your eternal support and for being my best friend.

“I love you so much, inshallah we will be together in the Great Forever x”.

Janet Jackson’s estranged husband Wissam Al Mana posts cryptic message on his site after failed marriage

Janet Jackson,50, who recently separated from her Qatari billionaire husband of five years, Wissam Al Mana, 42, earlier this month, showed the face of their new born son,  Eissa Al Mana on her page. Her estranged husband also took the opportunity to post a cryptic message to his wife on his website on Friday. The message seems to be related to a passage in the Quran. The message read:

"You shall most certainly be tried in your possessions and in your persons; and indeed you shall hear many hurtful things from those to whom revelation was granted before your time, as well as from those who have come to ascribe divinity to other beings beside Allah. But if you remain patient in adversity and conscious of Him - this, behold, is something to set one's het upon. - 3:186"

He had previously posted a loving message to his wife on his own site as well which read:

'To the most beautiful person in the world, thank you for your divine love, your eternal support and for being my best friend,' he wrote. 'I love you so much, inshallah we will be together in the Great Forever x,'

Message to Janet Jackson? Wissam Al Mana Quotes the Quran

It appears Wissam Al Mana may be sending a message to Janet Jackson as the Qatari businessman has changed his website, WissamAlMana.com, to reflect some personal beliefs, sharing a passage from the Quran.

According to E !, it reads,

"You shall most certainly be tried in your possessions and in your persons; and indeed you shall hear many hurtful things from those to whom revelation was granted before your time, as well as from those who have come to ascribe divinity to other beings beside Allah. But if you remain patient in adversity and conscious of Him – this, behold, is something to set one's heart upon. - 3:186​"

The couple separated after five years of marriage and just three months after their son, Eissa Al Mana's birth.

E! News confirmed the split over the weekend, but a source told People they called it quits not long after they welcomed their son.

"They separated shortly after the baby was born. The cultural differences between her and Wissam became even more obvious [after Eissa arrived]. They come from very different worlds." 

Jackson was raised as a Jehovah's Witness (which she has distanced herself from) and Al Mana is Muslim.
