 Rob Kardashian has denied a report by US weekly, that he is dating Bad Girls Club TV star Mehgan James.

 Us Weekly had reported, a source said the romance is "fairly new" and want to keep their relationship under wraps for now and aren't ready to make things public.However, ROb shut down the rumour,saying he doesn't even know who she is  and she re-tweeted it,

Married To Rob Or Not, You Can Use The Kardashian Name - Court Slams Blac Chyna

Back in December she filed to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian, ahead of her marriage to Rob.

However according to Dailymail, Blac Chyna has been denied the rights to the name - following a battle with Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian in court.

According to TMZ, the 28-year-old has been blocked from using the name whether she marries on/off ex Rob, 30, or not - after the three sisters opposed the decision in order to stop Blac profiting from the family name.

Her request has been reportedly denied in agreement with the sister trio that her use of the moniker will 'confuse matters in the marketplace'.

We love each other-Blac Chyna reveals she and Rob are fighting for each other

Blac Chyna may have returned Rob Kardashian's engagement ring, however, she still has love for her ex-fiance and says she is “in it for the long haul”.

Although the on/off couple are currently living apart, Chyna has insisted that the pair are having therapy and “fighting for each other”.
She told Cosmopolitan South Africa:

 “I feel like every person who’s in a long-term relationship, or who is committed to their person, goes through ups and downs. Everything isn’t always going to be peaches and cream. If it is, then it’s fake. I’m in it for the long haul, so I feel like my advice [for anyone in a similar situation] is therapy, know each other’s family, calling each other’s moms.
“I feel like everything isn’t going to be perfect, but I know we love each other and we’re fighting for each other, and the people we surround ourselves with are rooting for us. It makes everything much easier.”
And the pair have an extra reason to make their relationship work; their baby daughter Dream.
Chyna explained:“And we also have Dream. So we’re looking at the bigger picture. We have a whole other human being that looks up to us, so we have to makes sure she’s taken care of.He’s a wonderful dad. I think it’s because he had such a great father.”
However, Chyna, 28, admitted her relationship with Rob, 30, came as a shock as they had been friends for such a long time.
She said: “It was a shock. I guess when you get to know somebody and you’re around them, you see things in them – and you want to be more than just friends. I think that’s what ended up happen

Blac Chyna learned her ex fiancé's mom Kris Jenner is not letting her get away with primary custody of baby Dream without a Kardashian-clan battle.

Blac Chyna, Has Ruined Rob Kardashian - Source

Their latest separation was said to be maturely executed and far less dramatic than the first.

But it doesn't sound as though Rob Kardashian is fairing all that well.

A source for People claims that things have been quite rough for the 29-year-old reality television star, who welcomed baby Dream along with Blac Chyna, 28, back in November.

Since the pair called off their engagement in January, the Kardashian clan has reportedly been 'very concerned' about the direction of Rob's life, which was also described as 'a mess.'

'He is not in a state to care for [Dream] by himself,' said the source, which would explain why 'he is spending time with Dream, but never alone.'
Apparently Rob is also experiencing some health issues again as well.

'He's 'very unhealthy — both physically and emotionally,' with the source adding 'he isn’t taking care of himself. He eats junk and doesn’t exercise.'
That's of course a serious concern, as Rob was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes after a hospitalization back in 2015.

The source also clarified why the split has taken such a toll on Rob, claiming 'as much as they fought, Chyna has been the only one to keep him in check.'

In an even more dire statement, the source added 'Rob’s family hasn’t been able to get through to him and get him to change. Without Chyna in his life, things are not going well for Rob.'
