Looks like Diamond Platnumz and his babymama are throwing shades at each other on Instagram

East African singer, Diamond Platnumz and his babymama, Zari Hassan seem to be throwing shades at each in new Instagram posts. Since the death of Zari's ex-husband, Ivan Semewanga, the couple seem to be having issues. First, Diamind Platnumz sent a weird condolence message to Zari. Now, in a recent post, Zari shared a photo with one of her sons at Ivan's burial and captioned it;


"In life, with time, you realise who is important who is not. Some will act to be there for you when it's all a lie. But in this world, what's at my door will come knocking at yours.... soon or later!!!!! #PlottingWithPinto"

Diamond Platunmz also shared a post a saying 

"To many fake people in this world" and captioned it; "and it's very hard to tell".

From the comments dropped by fans, it is suggested that all is not well between the couple who have two children together.

Reports emerged yesterday that Zari, Diamond Platnumz' baby mama, lost her former fiancee, a billionaire in his late 30's in South Africa.

Zari, had penned an emotional tribute to him, which may have been the reason Diamond, thought it wise to send such a  message to her.

Diamond Platinumz's girlfriend Zari Hassan’s ex-husband, Ivan Don Ssemwanga has passed away. He was aged 39.

The billionaire businessman died this morning at Steve Biko Hospital in Pretoria South Africa, where he was admitted barely two weeks ago in critical condition after he fell unconscious at his home following a heart condition that burst two of his blood vessels. 

Zari Hassan took to her social media handle to break the sad news of Ivan’s passing. She described him as a special, charming person and a hero to their three sons. 

"God loves those that are special and that's exactly who you were & I guess that's why he wanted you to himself." she wrote.

"You have touched and helped thousands, you did wonders and I remember you telling me "life is too short let me live it to the fullest", this very dark hour it makes sense why you always said those words to me. To your sons, you were a hero-some kind of superman. Anyone who has ever been in your presence knows what a charming person you were. You will be missed and remembered in so many ways. You were IVAN THE GREAT! Rest in peace DON"

Diamond Platnumz audited over drug trafficking

Award winning singer, Diamond Platnumz was on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, summoned by the Tanzania Revenue Authority to hand in a report on his source of wealth and a statement on his tax returns over drug trafficking links in the country.

The Bongo star, who was earlier listed as a suspected drug trafficker operating in Tanzania, appeared before the investigative agency in Dar-es-Salaam, where he underwent questioning with his documents being inspected. After the documents were scrutinized, the Tanzania Revenue Authority handed the singer a clean bill of health for complying with the law.

Diamond Platnumz reports to the police over traffic offence [Photos]

Tanzanian singer, Diamond Platnumz on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, reported to the traffic police headquarters after he seen driving without a safety belt on.

Taking to his Instagram page, the 'Marry You' singer shared photos with the traffic commandant, which he captioned: 

'I went to report at the HQ of traffic police due to the clip was posted am driving the car without fastening my seat belt…. my dear fans and Friends make sure you fasten your seat belt before you start driving your car.'

According to Nairobi Wire, the singer was released after paying the necessary fines according to the law.

"We will officially settle down once we build apartments for our children" Diamond Platnumz and Zari reveal

Tanzania singer, Diamond Platnumz and his partner, Zari have  revealed the reason they are yet to be married.

Speaking to a local Tanzanian radio station, Clouds FM,  Zari, 36, revealed she wants the biggest wedding affair in East Africa but first, some conditions have to be met which include building apartments for their children.
“We are not under pressure to exchange vows, we have never sat down to plan out wedding despite having two children together. But before all this, we first want to advance our economic investments. We will settle down formally once we build our children apartments which will help them in the future, even if we won’t be around,” said Zari.
However, Diamond is scheduled to visit Zari's parents for a formal introduction in March 2017.
