Jennifer Lopez is on the hunt for a new house, and she's clearly ready to open the bank vault.
Our real estate spies tell us, J Lo went house shopping over the
weekend in Bev Hills and Bel Air, looking for cribs in the $20 million
range.
Check out the estate (above) owned by movie producer Frank Mancuso,
Jr., whose dad ran both Paramount and MGM. We're told J Lo breezed
through this property -- listed at a cool $22.9 mil -- along with
several others, but isn't jumping to make an offer. She's still looking.
The Mancuso property isn't a bad choice -- it's a 14,000 square foot
home on 3.5 acres in Bev Hills, behind gates with neighbors including Channing Tatum, Demi Moore and Harry Styles.
J Lo's listed the Hidden Hills home
she's in now with Brett Lawyer and Tomar Friedman. The price has just
been reduced ... from $14.5 to $12.5 mil. It was originally listed at
$17 mil in January 2015.
