Lupita Nyong’o continues to dominate and win accolades even when she has done little work on the screen off late.
She has been named among the power women in the world this year. The honor was bestowed to her by the Vareity Magazine who will feature her in its Power Women 2016 Issue.
She earned the honor thanks to her work on Mother Health International for Africa relief which is an organization that caters for pregnant women and children in need. Joining the award winning actor on the list are Julianne Morre, Vera Wang, Misty Copeland and Megyn Kelly. These four will be honored in an event in New York on 8thApril in addition to being featured in the magazine.
