Kim Kardashian showed off her drastic weight loss in a breathtaking metallic design at the Met Gala on Monday night, but what has she put her body through to shed the pounds?
The star, who flaunted her post-baby body alongside husband Kanye West on the red carpet, is now allegedly on the 'Five Hands' diet, which has been adopted by the likes of Victoria Beckham.
It means she's only been eating five small hand-sized meals a day, along with doing intense workouts to lose the four stone she gained while pregnant with her son, Saint, who was born in December.
A source told Closer Magazine : "Kim dropped a lot of weight on the Atkins diet after having Saint, but her weight started to plateau and she knew she wanted to do something drastic.
"She's obsessed with egg whites, eating up to five a day as part of her meals, because they fill her up and have hardly any calories."
Last weekend she shared a Snap image of a small quinoa salad and scrambled eggs and recently revealed she'd cut out carbs, sugar and alcohol in a bid to slim down and drop the last 20lbs.
According to reports, the petite star, who stands at just 5ft 3in, is determined to reach her goal weight of 7st 10lbs and already weighs 9st 9lbs after losing most of the four stone she piled on.
Despite having two young children, North, who is nearly three, and Saint, five months, she's also allegedly been working out at 4am.
Kimmy exercises before her 4.30am feed with baby Saint, as well as doing a longer session later in the day.
The source added: "She's been drinking 8-10 cups of herbal weight-loss tea every day, and does 150 stomach crunches and 75 tricep dips before bed."
