Quoting actress Emma Stone , Vicky posted: "Confidence is the only key. I know a lot of people who aren't traditionally 'beautiful' - not symmetrical or perfect-bodied or perfect-skinned.
"But none of that matters because all that shines through is their confidence, humor and comfort with themselves.
"I can't think of any better representation of beauty than someone who is unafraid to be herself."
Last week Vicky revealed that she hadn't had $ex in 'ages' as she opened up about not sleeping with Spencer Matthews .
"I still fancy him. Spencer's a very handsome man and he's incredibly charming and intelligent," she told The Sun
But $ex only feels necessary when it's got all the trimmings - when it goes hand in hand with cinema nights, meals out and meeting each other's families.
