It’s now becoming a thing! Soon after Chris Brown and Soulja Boy started talking about handling their issues inside the ring, other artists have been suggesting their own boxing matches. The most recent one, Meek Mill verses Drake.
In a new video that surfaced on Instagram Meek declares his interest in fighting Drake for $5 million as well as stating “We gone let Nicki be the ring girl.”
It’s a fight that’s been a long time coming ever since Meek accused Drake in 2015 of using a ghostwriter. After that, Drake dissed Meek back to back, both in song form and in literal form.
As much as Drake vowed not to perform “back to back” anymore, we still can’t be so sure whether or not this beef is over.
Rapper, Safaree Samuels 9 (another ex-boyfriend of Minaj’s), also chimed in on Meek’s challenge to Drake and insisted that he would serve as a viable replacement for the “6 God.” “Drake don’t got time, but I do,” commented Samuels under the Shade Room post.
