[PHOTOS] Music star Jose Chameleone jets into Nairobi ahead of show

Sensational Ugandan singer Jose Chameleone jetted into the country this afternoon ahead of his show on Saturday at Nairobi's Galileo Lounge in Westlands.

The Wale Wale hit star, who is still fresh from his prolonged tour of the United States, promised his fans nothing less than a thrilling experience at the much-awaited show.

From the JKIA, the multi-award winning artiste was whisked to the prestigious five-star Weston Hotel along Lang'ata Road, where he will be staying through his four-day stay in Nairobi.

The show will be hosted by popular Classic 105 breakfast presenter Maina Kageni.

Maina has been missing from the airwaves for some weeks now, after he was taken ill following a surgery on his knee.

The surgery followed an injury he sustained during a road trip in Kajiado in July, which damaged crucial ligaments in the knee.

However, he has since been discharged from hospital and is expected to resume duty at the radio station this Friday, September 9.

He further says that ‘witchraft is nonsense’.

Jose Chameleone has traversed and led the East and Central African music scene for over a decade now.

Through all that time he has been among the leading and richest artists in the region. However the rise, influence and corresponding affluence of Diamond Platinumz has seen the artiste fade from the hallowed prominence especially in media and awards. However, Jose Chameleone does not feel or recognize Diamond Platinumz as the big artist he is because according to him he still holds the East African mantle. 

For him, Diamond Platinumz is an overrated artist’s much big in the studio and social media and on hype. Jose Chameleone was speaking in Uganda’s NTV The Beat where he is quoted saying,

“There is a difference between a TV musician and a Stage musician. Diamond is not so big as many of you think despite being famous on social media platforms like Instagram. When he came to Uganda, he was just in Club Guvnor. He can’t stage a sold out show by himself in Uganda unlike me who can fill stadiums in Tanzania (Diamond Platinumz’ country),”

A few days ago, entertainment industry received shocking news of how the Mbarara singer cum actress with Twagi on TV West, Jackie Kazire had proudly enjoyed bonking sessions with fellow singer Joseph Mayanja alias Dr. Jose Chameleone in exchange for a collabo!

This was after one of the popular tabloids claimed that Jackie Kazire was overheard telling friends:

“You guys let me tell you, there is my friend whom I will not mention, she told me that Weasel bonked her the whole night that’s what happened to me last night I cried to Chameleone to stop but he refused, he bonked me for over an hour nonstop,” Jackie telling friends

However, today the singer has come out to rubbish claims — stating ... she has never enjoyed or felt Chameleone's whopper pulses...and will never do such a thing!
