Court of Human Rights of Africa through the application of appeal of Babu Seya



Court of Human Rights in Africa (AfCHPR) in its session started in here, will review the application of the appeal of the popular musician in the country, Nguza Viking and John Viking against the United Republic of Tanzania.
However, a statement issued by the court yesterday, said that the case number 006/2015 planned on March 11 are not be heard in open court.
It's only two cases out of 50 zitakazosikilizwa in open court, including Rwanda involving a prominent politician, Victoire Ingabire's are opening against rights violations that are being thrown by his Government.
Also, the court stated that the session will end on 40 March 18 normal and the determination of the four cases
Ingabire's case of anticipated attract the attention of many given the opposition that has been shown against his government, will be heard on March 4.
In this case, Ingabire among other things, he claimed his broken right are cited the Court's Statute Article 7, 10 and 18 it wants the bear's decision.
Also, the Institute for Action Pour la Protection des Droits de I'Homme (APDH) inaishtaki Ivory Coast government broke the contract with the African Court of Human Rights Article 3 and 17 in case number 001/2014, planned on March.
The Court is composed of 11 judges from the member states of the African Union (AU) and is comprised of four sessions per year, reaching 31 January already had received 74 cases of which 25 issued a decision.
Application has been posted on four more for a decision on the African Commission on Human Rights.
