After months of denying that they were dating and telling the media that their relationship was just a ‘project’, Diamond and Ugandan socialite Zarinah Hassan confirmed their relationship.
And within months of dating, they became East Africa’s super-couple with many comparing them to Kimye; Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
A few months later, rumours surfaced that the two were expecting their first born, rumours which were confirmed by Zari debuting her baby bump.

Soon after, the couple welcomed their first-born Latiffah Naseeb who soon proved that she was as star like her parents by garnering 25,000 Instagram followers within a very short period of time. A year on, she has more than 981,000 followers on the online photo and video sharing and social networking site.
Now the couple is excepting their 2nd child and Zari’s 5th.
In a radio interview with Leo Tena, Diamond confirmed that Zari was carrying his child and the baby will be born this December
“Yah kweli mimi ni baba kijacho. Natarajia Mama Tiffah anipatie tena mtoto mwingine, atakuwa wa kiume.Na itakuwa mwezi Disemba mwaka huu! Baada ya hapo sitaongeza tena mtoto mwingine, ni muda wa kula bata sasa ndio unafata na watoto wetu wawili.’’ (Translation: Yes, I’m about to become a father again. Mama Tiffah will be giving me a male child this time. The baby is coming this December and after that I will not have any more kids, I want to enjoy the best of what life has to offer after these two kids.)
As Zari Hassan inches closer to her delivery date, her family and friends decided to throw her a baby shower.
